Return and Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, please carefully read and understand my return policy outlined below:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure that the item is unused and free from any signs of wear or damage.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.

Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above criteria. If the item is found to be in its original condition, I will process the refund.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and processing the return.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

In the event that the returned item does not meet the specified conditions, I reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at their expense.
